MAACO Reproduction 25¢ Shake With Uncle Sam Strength Tester,
A recreation of the original Caille Bros. Uncle Sam Strength Tester, c. 1908. Machine has a painted cast aluminum and oak case, featuring a depiction of Uncle Sam with a hand extended and a marquee above, painted in patriotic colors. Made by Mechanical Antiques and Amusement Co., Chicago, Illinois. A player places a quarter in the slot and grip Uncle Sam’s hand to learn about themselves. 10 categories from “Expert On Everything” to “Cold Fish” to “Tax Cheat” to “Romantic.” Comes with speaker and sound feature which activates when played. Also comes with a key.
