- Lot Description
An Edison Opera Cylinder Phonograph, ca.1913
Type SM, Model A, serial number 1386; with mahogany case and mahogany Music Master S&V Makers, Thomas Edison Cygnet horn (Patent 1908). With slide in anodized reproducer and crank and one blue amberol Edison cylinder.
Includes an additional horn attachment (3/4 in diameter rubber tube on copper).
Phonograph with Dome: H: 15 x W: 17 1/2 x D:12 in.
Horn: Dia: 20 3/4 x L: 20 in.Condition
In working condition. Restoration to veneer on dome. Areas of paint restoration on player components.
