Provenance: Buddy Billings of the Supt Ring Stock for the Mills Brothers Circus visited Ashtabula County in Jefferson, Ohio between 1962-1964. He befriended the head electrician for the Ashtabula County Fair Grounds, who gave Buddy a place to stay while the circus was in town. Upon leaving, Buddy gave this autograph book to the electrician's son as a thank you gift for their hospitality. It has remained with the family since.
