TWO JAPANESE NISHI DOLLS

Two Japanese dolls on stands. One labeled "Yaegakihime - This doll portrays a princess in the old "Smurai" days. She is seen handing a helmet to her husband who is about to leave for the battle front." The other is labeled "Fujimusume - This is a scene of a Kabuki drama. The doll is supposed to portray the Spirits of wisteria flowers." based on research. One still has original label.
