- Lot Description
This rare nomadic long rug shows a navy ground with four nearly diamond-shaped, micro-stepped medallions in red and ecru, with radiating five rosette inner ornaments. Trapezoidal and triangular floating side fillers in green, red and navy. Side flowers and plants. Ecru main border with a chain of small flowers. Good tribal weave on wool foundation. Good condition. Rarely are such rugs dated.
