In 1996 Melanie Taylor Kent was commissioned by The United States Olympic Committee (USOC) to create this U.S. Olympic Centoonial piece. She made history with this project as being the first artist to ever produce artwork that combines the Looney Tunes collectible animation images with the United States Olympic Team spirit.
