WALTHAM - a gentleman's wrist watch. Rolled gold case. Numbered 877786 270. Signed manual wind movement, numbered 18882262. White dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 33mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Winding action is not correct and may need some attention. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Some of the screw heads show signs of previous intervention. Dial shows a cracks to the edge which are most prominent between three and four. Dial also shows marks. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Case back shows loss/wear to the gold plating. Case also shows marks, scratches and dints. Hinges have wear to the corners. Crown is currently functioning however the winding action is not correct; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. Crown has visible wear to the gold plating. Strap shows wear with visible marks, creasing and discolouration. Buckle shows wear to the plating as well as marks and scratches. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold.
