• Lot Description

  BID ON THE-SALEROOM

  
  Two yellow metal Sampson Mordan & Co. retractable pencils, each of plain telescopic form, each unmarked but test as 22ct, longest 3.75 (9.5 cm) long. Together with a yellow metal combination fountain pen and pencil, or hexagonal form having dual sliding movement, unmarked but tests as 21ct, 4 (10 cm) extended. (3).
  
  All items unmarked but test as 21 or 22 ct. first two examples with very stiff release movement and each with general surface marks, scratches and minor dints. Third example with rubbing and wear to surface and again movement is very stiff.
