Two sapphire and diamond necklaces. The first designed as a series of oval-shape sapphires with single-cut diamond highlights, the second designed as a circular-shape sapphire trefoil to the bi-colour single-cut diamond surmount, each suspended from and integral fancy-link chain. Length 46 and 43.5cms. Weight 11.8gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Sapphires well matched to each necklace. Sapphires medium to dark blue, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions, straight colour banding and zoning can be seen to some sapphires under magnification. Diamonds fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
