Two mid-twentieth century Italian silver dishes, the larger, lobed dish with applied shell and scroll rim and the smaller dish raised on three scrolled feet, Italian Assay marks to both and further marked 800, the smaller dish also impressed 'A. Caracciolo'. Together with a continental plate with applied foliate rim and a small oval dish on four hoof feet, both stamped 800. Combined weight 37.13 ozt (1154.7 grams). (4).
All four pieces display some general wear, surface scratches, marks and tarnishing in keeping with the age and use. Some minor dints and knocks, also heavier scratches and contact marks to some areas.
