Two late Victorian silver hinged bangles. Both designed as buckles, the first with engraved ivy leaves to the half-bangle and beadwork to the 'belt' edge, the second of similar, more narrow design and floral engraving (clasp AF). Hallmarks for Birmingham. Inner diameters 5.3 to 5.9cms. Weight 51.9gms.
This lot is in fair condition, with scratches, dints and tarnish to the metal surface in keeping with age and wear. Dents to both. Narrower bangle with clasp deficient. Clasp to other bangle doesn't close securely. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
