Two early and mid 20th century gold gem-set rings. To include a mid 20th century ruby and diamond five-stone ring with openwork sides, and an early 20th century circular turquoise cabochon three-stone ring. One with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1967, partially indistinct. Total weight 4.9gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. One band shows subtle evidence of repair. One band as some minor cracks to the inside. Estimated total diamond weight is under 0.10ct. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Rubies medium purplish-red, well saturated, with good clarity. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
