Two diamond and gem-set rings. To include a mid 20th century 18ct gold circular-cut diamond three-stone ring, together with an oval opal cabochon five-stone ring with an Edwardian 18ct gold replacement half-band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.85ct, I-K colour, P1-P2 clarity. One with hallmarks for Chester, 1905. Total weight 6.1gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Some wear to the diamond illusion settings, may need attention. The diamond band is significantly worn to the bottom sides. The opal ring plain half-band is an older replacement. The opals have moderate to significant surface abrasion. One has two noticeable chips to the edges. The diamonds are drawing a slight yellow hue, with dark inclusions, some visible without magnification and are surface reaching.
