BID ON THE-SALEROOM
Two coral bead necklaces. The first designed as a graduated series of coral beads measuring 0.45mm to 0.76mm, with spring-ring clasp, the second designed as a series of coral beads to the openwork clasp. Coral untested. Lengths 41 and 50cms.
Clasps in working order. Colour origin of coral untested. Coral beads have pitting. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. One clasp stamped stamped 14k, the other 9k. ITEMS INCORPORATING MATERIALS FROM ENDANGERED AND OTHER PROTECTED SPECIES. Prospective buyers are advised that several countries prohibit altogether the importation of property containing such materials, and that other countries require a permit (e. g. , a CITES permit) from the relevant regulatory agencies in the countries of exportation as well as importation.
