Two 9ct gold diamond and gem-set dress rings. To include an oval-shape sapphire two-row ring with single-cut diamond and bar spacers, together with a single-cut diamond panel ring with tapered band. Total diamond weight of panel ring 1ct, stamped to band. Hallmarks for Birmingham and Edinburgh. Weight 9.9gms.
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Estimated total diamond weight in the sapphire ring less than 0.05ct. The sapphires have typical colour-zoning, light surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Significant inclusions affect the passage of light through the stones, resulting in a cloudy appearance. Width of diamond band 1.2cms. Ring sizes N1/2 and Z + 2.
