TUDOR - a gentleman's Oyster wrist watch. Stainless steel case. Reference 4540, serial 466915. Signed manual wind movement. Silvered dial with luminous hour markers, Arabic numeral twelve. Fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 33mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Screw heads show signs of previous intervention. Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks, scratches and tarnishing. Luminous hour markers show discolouration. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Luminous inserts appear to have been reapplied. Glass has scratches and marks. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Case back has letters scratches into it as well as other visible scratches. Case shows some tarnishing. Crown does not screw down and will require attention, otherwise it is currently functioning correctly; the surface has scratches and marks. Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing. Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
