- Lot Description
BID ON THE-SALEROOM
ROLEX - a mid-size Oyster Perpetual Datejust bracelet watch. Circa 1987. 18ct yellow gold case with fluted bezel. Reference 68278, serial R461770. Signed automatic calibre 2135 with quick date set. Blue dial with factory set diamond dot hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed 18ct yellow gold President bracelet with Crownclasp. 30mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe. Rotor is detached and will fall off. Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Chipping to the edge especially between seven and ten. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking. Bracelet has medium scratches and some signs of stretching to links. Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks. Bracelet measures approximately 17cm including case. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold.
