BID ON THE-SALEROOM
ROLEX - a lady's Oyster Perpetual Datejust wrist watch. 18ct yellow gold case with diamond set bezel. Circa 1987. Reference 69178, serial R60017_. Signed automatic calibre 2135. Mother-of-pearl dial with diamond dot hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 26mm. Please see the condition report for details of third party intervention.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Replacement dial and third party hour markers. Dial appears loose and will require attention. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Hand setting mechanism appears at fault and will require attention. Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Case shows light scratches and marks. Third party diamond set bezel. Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking. Hand setting mechanism appears at fault and will require attention. Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing. Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
