ROLEX - a lady's Oyster Perpetual Date bracelet watch. Circa 1980. Stainless steel case with yellow metal fluted bezel. Reference 6917, serial 6742931. Signed automatic calibre 2030. White dial with Roman numeral hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed bi-metal Jubilee bracelet with stainless steel Oysterclasp. 26mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Gasket has failed and will require replacement. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. Bracelet has heavy scratches with some signs of stretching and some twisting to links. Clasp is not currently functioning and will require attention. Bracelet measures approximately 17cm including case. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
