ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Speedking Precision bracelet watch. Circa 1952. Yellow metal case stamped 0,375 - 9k. Reference 2595, serial 57311. Signed manual wind calibre 710. Silvered dial with baton hour markers. Fitted to a signed gold plated bracelet with Oysterclasp. 29mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement does not wind correctly and consistently slips during winding producing a dead spot where the crown rotates but does not wind the movement. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks, scratches, tarnishing, some lifting of the laminate. Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint. Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking. Bracelet has medium scratches and some signs of stretching to links. Clasp is currently functioning and shows light scratches and marksBracelet measures approximately 18cm including case. This lot does not come with box or papers.
