ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Date bracelet watch. Circa 1981. Stainless steel case with yellow metal engine turned bezel. Reference 15053, serial 7057056. Signed automatic calibre 3035 with quick date set. Champagne dial with baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed bi-metal Oyster bracelet with stainless steel Oysterclasp. 34mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Gasket is missing. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking. Bracelet has medium scratches and some signs of stretching to links. Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks. Bracelet measures approximately 18.5cm including case. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
