- Lot Description
BID ON THE-SALEROOM
ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona chronograph bracelet watch. Circa 1996. Stainless steel case with tachymeter bezel. Reference 16520, serial T209180. Signed automatic calibre 4030. Black dial with luminous hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three, six and nine. Fitted to a signed stainless steel Oyster bracelet with Oysterlock clasp. 39mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Chronograph appears to be functioning but we have been unable to test the hour counter. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe. Hands appear to be in a generally good condition. Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Case shows light scratches and marks. Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Bracelet has light scratches and some signs of light stretching to links. Clasp is currently functioning and shows light scratches and marksBracelet measures approximately 19.5cm including case. This lot does not come with box or papers.
