BID ON THE-SALEROOM
MIKIMOTO - a cultured pearl wreath brooch. Designed as a series of cultured pearl flowers, with foliate intervals. Maker's mark for Mikimoto. Mark indicating silver. Diameter 3.3cms. Weight 6.5gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. The cultured pearls are well matched, they have a cream body colour, displaying pinks and greens. Minor blisters and blemishes visible to some of the nacre. The back pin is bent. Stamped S.
