LONGINES - a lady's wrist watch. 9ct yellow gold case, import hallmarked London 1937. Numbered 5004575. Signed manual wind movement. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers. Fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 25mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Some screw heads show surface rust. Dial appears to have marks and tarnishing. Hands show marks and tarnishing. Glass has scratches and marks. Glass also shows some crazing. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Right hand side of the case some dents around the crown. Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has wear to the plating as well as marks and scratches. Strap shows wear with visible marks, creasing and discolouration. Inside the strap shows visible tarnishing. Buckle shows wear to the plating as well as marks and scratches. Buckle also shows tarnishing. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
