HAMILTON - a gentleman's military issue wrist watch. Stainless steel case, stamped with British Broad Arrow. Numbered 523-8290 W10-6645-99 13456/72. Signed manual wind calibre 649. Black dial with Arabic numeral hour markers. Fitted to an unsigned black nylon 'NATO' style strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 35mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. There is a heavy chip to the glass close to the 6 o'clock hour marker. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing. Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold.
