- Lot Description
BID ON THE-SALEROOM
Four brooches and a ring box. One brooch of oval outline, the floral and foliate border to the pietra dura panel of blue stone background, together with a brooch for the Tank Corps. Hallmark for Birmingham, 1969. Lengths 2.5 to 4.8cms. Weight 42.3gms.
The overall condition of the lot is good. The pietra dura brooch has surface scratches and fine cracks to the hardstone. The metal is tarnished. Adhesive visible to the coral bead to the circular brooch. Box with surface marks and closure not working properly. - Shipping Info
