BID ON THE-SALEROOM
CARTIER - a Panthere Vendome bracelet watch. 18ct yellow gold case. Reference rubbed, serial 866920. Signed quartz calibre 66. Cream dial with Roman numeral hour markers. Fitted to a signed 18ct yellow gold bracelet with double folding clasp. 24mm. 70gms.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe. We believe this to be a reproduction dial as it is in such good condition. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Hallmark appears to be spuriously stamped. Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Bracelet appears to be in a generally good condition, with light scratches and no signs of significant stretching, twisting or distortion of the links. Clasp is currently functioning and appears to be in good condition. Bracelet measures approximately 17cm including case. This lot does not come with box or papers.
