- Lot Description
BID ON THE-SALEROOM
CARTIER - a Panthere bracelet watch. Stainless steel case with yellow metal bezel. Reference 1100, serial C123616. Signed quartz calibre 87.06. Silvered dial with Roman numeral hour markers, date aperture to five. Fitted to a signed bi-metal bracelet with double folding clasp. 26mm.
Movement is not currently functioning, whether this is due to the need for a new battery or symptomatic of something more serious is unknown. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe. Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe. Hands appear to be in a generally good condition. Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Noticeable chips to the bottom left corner. Case shows light scratches and marks. Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking. Bracelet has light scratches and some signs of light stretching to links. Clasp is currently functioning and shows light scratches and marksBracelet measures approximately 15cm including case. This lot does not come with box or papers.
