CARTIER - a 1940s 9ct gold pill box. Of circular outline, the grooved sides and slightly domed base, to the similarly domed detachable lid with grooved mount and D-shape swing handle. Maker's marks for Cartier. Hallmarks for London, 1945. Diameter 3cms. Weight 22.8gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
