BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An open face pocket watch. Yellow metal case. Unsigned key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Champagne dial with gilt Arabic numeral hour markers. 40mm. 55gms.
Movement is not currently functioning, whether this is due to the need for a new battery or symptomatic of something more serious is unknown. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Due to the construction of this item we are unable to visually check deeper components and so are unable to comment on the specific condition of these parts. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Pendant bow shows marks and scratches visible to the naked eye. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold.
