BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An open face pocket watch. Yellow metal case, stamped 18K. Numbered 12263. Unsigned key wind three quarter plate movement with cylinder escapement. Gilt dial with Roman numeral hour markers. 39mm. 47gms.
Movement is not currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in a very poor condition, none of the original detail is legible. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. This lot does not come with box or papers. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
