An open face pocket watch by Granger & Taylor. Silver case, hallmarked Birmingham 1897. Signed key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. White enamel dial. 51mm. Together with two other silver open face pocket watches, a white metal chain and two pocket watch keys. All recommended for spare and repair purposes only.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. There are some very small cracks to the dial. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Case shows medium to heavy discolouration. One of the other watches in this lot appears to be currently functioning and the third is not. All are offered for spare and repair purposes only. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
