BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An open face pocket watch. 18ct yellow gold case, import hallmarked London 1927. Numbered 344033. Unsigned keyless wind Swiss bar movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers. 33mm. 27gms.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial shows some small marks. Hands show marks and tarnishing. Glass has scratches and marks. Edge of the glass shows some chips. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Hinges have wear to the corners. Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dints. Crown also has wear to the gold plating. Pendent and bow have light scratches and marks.
