BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An emerald and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape emerald, to the baguette and trapezoid-shape diamond sides. Estimated total diamond weight 0.75ct. Weight 4.4gms.
Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds well matched. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. One of the trapezoid-shape diamonds has a sliver chip across one of the facet edges, not immediately apparent when viewing the piece. The emerald is a vibrant, medium deep slightly bluish green hue, well saturated, with typical inclusions including a small surface reaching cavity. Emerald in good condition with minor abrasions. Ring size K 1/2. Stamped 18ct. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
