BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An emerald and diamond cluster ring. The marquise-shape emerald, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct. Ring size K 1/2. Weight 3.5gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Emerald medium slightly yellowish-green, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical eye visible inclusions. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
