BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An Edwardian 15ct gold sapphire floral pendant. The textured flower with circular-shape sapphire highlight, to the scrolling openwork surround, suspended from a belcher-link chain. Hallmarks for Chester, 1903. Length of pendant 2.7cms. Length of chain 40.6cms. Weight 3.7gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Sapphire has medium to dark blue to violet blue hue with typical inclusions visible. Later replacement surmount and chain. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
