BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An early Victorian silver snuff box by Nathaniel Mills, the oblong form with engine-turned decoration to the base and concave edge, applied floral rim and border to the plain cover opening to a silver-gilt interior. Hallmarked Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1842. Length measuring 7.7 cm, weight 111 grams.
The box appears in good overall condition, displaying some general wear, surface scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Hinges appear in good working order. Hallmarks are slightly rubbed but still legible. - Shipping Info
