An early 20th century reverse carved intaglio fox and diamond bracelet. The circular reverse carved intaglio painted to depict a fox, with mother-of-pearl back and old-cut diamond surround, to the bi-colour fancy-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Length 18.5cms. Weight 14.3gms. With fitted case.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Diamonds are bright well matched. Some are pressed into their mounts and may require attentionThe crystal intaglio is in good condition with only very minor dirt between the crystal and the mother-of-pearl ground. Small amount of discolouration to the reverse of the mount around the edge. Clasp stamped 585, partially indistinct.
