An early 20th century mother-of-pearl and sapphire dress stud set. The cufflinks designed as two mother-of-pearl discs, with sapphire central highlight, together with four matching dress studs. Cufflinks and two studs with Austro-Hungarian assay marks. Diameter of cufflink and stud faces 1 to 1.6cms. Weight 16.7gms.
Overall condition good. Light surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with age and general wear. Lead solder visible to reverse of cufflinks. Sapphires vary slightly in size with minor surface abrasions. Please see important notices for purchasers in our catalogue and online for coloured gemstones.
