An early 20th century gold diamond single-stone ring. The old-cut diamond, within an openwork gallery, to the engraved sides and plain band. Estimated diamond weight 1.50cts, tinted colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Weight 6.1gms.
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and minor discolouration in keeping with general wear. Evidence of repair to the claws. Diamond bright and lively. Obvious brown tint to the diamond. Dark coloured inclusions can be seen with the naked eye. Ring size Q.
