BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An early 20th century gold chrysoberyl and split pearl brooch. The replacement heart-shape chrysoberyl duo, within a split pearl shared surround, to the split pearl bow surmount. Length 3.2cms. Weight 7.1gms.
Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. The chrysoberyl are replacements and have light surface scratches. Some split pearls possibly replacements. Split pearls have light to moderate nacre damage. One of the smaller pearls significantly chipped. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue and online for coloured gemstones.
