BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An early 20th century diamond and sapphire cocktail watch head. The hexagonal-shape dial, with black Arabic numerals, within a single-cut diamond surround, to the similarly-cut diamond and calibre-cut sapphire line sides. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Length 3cms. Weight 9.2gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Engraved to reverse Furler Zurichglazing loose. dial discoloured. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. x medium x x, fairly well saturated, with x clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Fellows does not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any timepiece offered.
