An early 20th century diamond and pearl dress ring. The semi-baroque pearl, measuring approximately 7.5mms, to the old-cut diamond trefoil sides and tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.90ct, I-J colour, SI clarity. Weight 4.7gms. Pearl untested.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, slight discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Band shows minor evidence of repair/ resize. Wear to some claws, may require attention. Diamonds fairly well matched, variation in inclusions. Pearl untested for natural origin. Pearl is an off-round, with noticeable surface blemishes including a slight fissure towards the top of the pearl. Varying orient, fair to good lustre. Ring size N 1/2. Engraved 1361 to band.
