An early 20th century 9ct gold medallion. Of circular outline with central enamel panel depicting a pigeon and personal inscription to the reverse. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1930. Length 3.3cms. Weight 7.2gms.
Overall good to fair condition, with light to moderate surface scratches and tarnishing from general wear. The enamel is in good condition apart from surface scratches. The personal inscription reads 'Bowler Bros Combined Av. 1930. The medallion looks to have been gilded in a higher carat gold which has rubbed off apart from the crevices.
