An early 20th century 9ct gold locket and bar brooch. To include a scroll and floral engraved circular-shape locket, together with an aquamarine and split pearl bar brooch. Locket with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1917. Diameter of locket 2.5cms. Length of brooch 6.7cms. Total weight 8.2gms.
Overall condition fair to poor. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. The locket is dented, scratches and areas of discolouration to the inner casing. Bar brooch significantly dented and damaged with a significant scratch mark, back pin is metal. Split pearls are well matched with visible blemishes. Aquamarine light blue, weak saturation of colour, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.
