An early 20th century 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. The two oval-shape sapphires, interspaced by old-cut diamonds, to the scrolling gallery and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.55ct, H-I colour, P1-P2 clarity. Partial hallmarks for 18ct gold. Weight 4.3gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamond fairly well matched. Scattered dark and light inclusions to the diamonds visible with the unaided eye. Sapphires medium light blue, weak to moderate saturation of colour and visible patchy colour, with fair clarity and typical inclusions. Typical inclusions visible to one with the unaided eye. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Ring size S. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
