An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond two-stone crossover ring. The old-cut diamond diagonal line, to the similarly-cut diamond asymmetric shoulders and tapered band. Principal diamonds estimated total diamond weight 1.25cts, H-I colour, SI clarity. Weight 3.9gms. With case.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. The band has worn thin on the lower side. Band shows evidence of a resize and the claws on one stone have been re-tipped. The diamonds are well matched with some nibbles to the girdle and along the facet edges on some of the smaller stones. Individual size and setting of smaller diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Ring size N.
