BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An aquamarine and split pearl necklace. The oval-shape aquamarine and split pearl scrolling panel, suspending three pear-shape aquamarine drops, to the belcher-link back-chain. Length 43cms. Weight 9.5gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. The necklace appears to have been put together from various different components. The drops added to centre panel, the chain and clasp put together. Some replacement split pearls, blisters and blemishes visible to some. Aquamarine medium blue, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. Central split pearl panel stamped 14K. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
