An amethyst necklace. The pear-shape amethyst, suspended from an oval-shape amethyst, each within a scrolling foliate surround, to the replacement base metal multi-strand chain with purple paste highlights. Length of drop 6.7cms. Length of chain 36cms. Weight of pendant 20.1gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Weight excludes the chain. Chain comprising four strands. Amethyst medium purple, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
