An 18ct gold tanzanite and diamond ring. The oval-shape tanzanite, with brilliant-cut diamond sides, to the similarly-cut diamond line shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, partially indistinct. Weight 2.9gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches, discolouration and dents in keeping with general wear. Band has wear to the white metal plating. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Tanzanite medium purplish-blue, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. Ring size J 1/2. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
